Payment methods and shipping costs

- 1. Payment options

1.1 We offer the following payment methods for orders and deliveries within Germany:
- Prepayment via bank transfer
- Paypal (as a Paypal customer you can also use additional services and choose to pay by credit card, direct debit or purchase on account via Paypal)
- Instant bank transfer

1.2 For orders and deliveries outside Germany we offer the following payment methods:

- Prepayment via bank transfer
- Paypal (as a Paypal customer you can also use additional services and choose to pay by credit card, direct debit or purchase on account via Paypal)

1.3 All countries may have their own duties & taxes/customs fees, these additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

2. Shipping Rate

 

2.1 For deliveries within Germany, shipping is carried out via GLS, GLS Express or DHL

1.1 Shipping costs are calculated depending on the country

2.2 For deliveries outside Germany, shipping takes place via FEDEX

2.3 Shipping is only possible within mainland Germany; there is no shipping to German islands.

Information on calculating the delivery date

When paying in advance by bank transfer, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
